Review how ATERO Solutions processes mathematical calculation data, encrypts API pipelines, and guarantees full intellectual property ownership.
1. Information We Collect
ATERO Solutions collects only the necessary details required to configure your engineering pipelines and user portal profiles. This includes personal identifiers (names, corporate emails, profile settings) and operational parameter inputs submitted through our SaaS tools (dimensions, weight safety limits, material choices).
2. CAD Telemetry & Database Security
Security is critical for industrial manufacturing IP. All configurations, equations, and outputs processed on our engines are encrypted end-to-end using TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest.
- No Design Retention: We do not store original CAD model geometries (such as SolidWorks or Inventor source files) unless explicitly configured by your corporate database sync bridge.
- Database Isolation: Production data is stored in isolated, permissioned databases to prevent cross-tenant exposure.
- Audit Logging: Access attempts to active calculation queues are monitored and recorded.
3. Cookies & Analytics
We use session-based cookies and secure local storage mechanisms to persist configuration inputs, workspace state data, and your dark/light theme choices. We do not engage in behavioral advertising tracking.
4. Third-Party Disclosures
ATERO Solutions does not trade, sell, or distribute your design variables, CAD specs sheets, or calculation history to external modeling firms, databases, or third-party service providers.
1. Intellectual Property Ownership
ALL assemblies, drawing sheet files, BOM metadata exports, mathematical calculations, and design outputs generated using ATERO configurators and custom plugins belong 100% to the user and their respective organization.
ATERO Solutions claims zero copyright, ownership, or intellectual property rights over any models, specifications, or pricing reports configured through our systems.
2. API Access & Usage Rates
Access to ATERO's CAD automation sync macros and Django server configurations is permission-based. Users are responsible for securing their developer tokens.
- Sharing Limits: API developer keys cannot be shared between separate organizations.
- Rate Limits: Automation scripts are subject to rate limiting filters based on your active enterprise tier to prevent calculator queue server overload.
- API Audits: We reserve the right to audit calculation payloads to ensure service integrity.
3. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer
While ATERO's mathematics calculators compute outputs based on standard material parameters (e.g. yield stress indices, density constants), calculations are for initial workflow automation purposes. Output drawings and models must be formally reviewed and stamped by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) before direct implementation in field-use parts.
